Teacher of the Year

Jasper Middle School is pleased to announce our 2007-2008 Teacher of the Year, Mr. Donny White.  Mr. White is an exceptional teacher, a model coach, and a dedicated father.  Mr. White works hard in all areas of his life while dedicating much of his day to the students of Jasper Middle School.  Students continue to love and respect Mr. White for his life lessons and modeling a dynamic personal character on a daily basis.  Jasper Middle School thanks "Coach White" for his contributions to the field of education.

• Graduate of Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky

  • B.S. in Social Studies Secondary Education

• Married nine years to his wife, Liz.

• Two children: Son, Seth (4 yrs. old); Daughter - Rowan < 1 yr.

• Began his teaching career at Jasper Middle School - 7th Grade Social Studies

• Currently in his 5th year of teaching

• Grade Level Chairman for past three years
